Refund policy
We strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. In the event that you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy outlined below.
- Return Window: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of shipment.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
- Condition of the Item: The item being returned must be in its original condition and packaging, and must be unused and unopened. Please ensure that all accessories and any other included items are returned along with the main product. Clearance, sale, and promotional items are not eligible for return. Due to hygiene and sanitation reasons: jewelry, cosmetic and personal care products are non-returnable and ineligible for refund. If the item is not in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to our store. These costs are non-refundable.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@dbeautystore.com to request a return. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- If a Pick Up Order is not collected within 7 days of being ready, the order will be deemed as a refused/undeliverable package. Consequently, we will proceed to cancel the order and initiate a refund process. However, please note that a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria or if the return request is not filed within the specified timeframe.
- Our online return policy is different than our in-store return policy.
- At this time, we do not provide exchanges for products purchased online.
